I’m a French Designer based in Biarritz 🌴, with over a decade of experience crafting products & experiences that make an impact.
Currently, I lead Design at Foundever, where we develop AI-driven solutions to enhance customer support and streamline business operations.
My role combines hands-on design work with leading international teams across our product suite.
Before Foundever, I served as Head of Product Design at Laiye where we redefined the boundaries of AI, automation, and customer support to help businesses operate smarter. I led a global team of designers to deliver innovative solutions. Prior to that, I was Head of Design at Mindsay where I built and scaled the design team, established processes, and laid solid foundations—contributions that ultimately led to Mindsay’s acquisition by Laiye.
Earlier in my career, I worked as an interaction designer at Blank, an innovation studio. There, I collaborated on diverse projects for clients like Redbull, Galeries Lafayette, Bpifrance, and Malakoff Humanis, designing everything from websites to IoT devices and interactive installations.
